PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it. Items should also be returned in their original packaging when applicable.

To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back. We will provide instructions for the return process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos of the item when applicable. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise agreed upon by Éducation Intégrale, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital purchase, please contact us so we can assist you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Downloaded or accessed digital products
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
